12 Week Body Transformation

February 8th 2010 - April 26th 2010

Bodybuilding.com has many different transformations of men and women who followed a clean diet and excercise plan that included cardio and weight training. 12 short weeks later their bodies were totally transformed and they looked amazing!

Just looking at the before and after pictures motivate me to " Just do it!" ( as Nike and Nick would say).

So, Nick and I will be doing a 12 week Challenge starting on Monday!
